MR. RATNAKAR M GUTTE : CHAIRMAN
Mr. Ratnakar Manikrao Gutte, aged 50 years, brings 30 years of rich experience in Project execution. From a humble beginning as an assistant to a contractor engaged in engineering services to State Electricity Boards, he now heads a USD 100 million Power Engineering company as the Managing Director. The impressive growth achieved by Sunil Hitech over the past 1 decade is testimony of his leadership and business acumen. The Company after making a successful IPO in 2006 has recently raised USD 18 million through a QIP. Bessemer ventures, Merrill Lynch and Citigroup were some of the investors.
Mr.Gutte has deep knowledge and practical experience of the domestic power sector, having closely worked with leading companies in the Energy business. This has helped Sunil Hitech to win several prestigious contracts and execute the same in a time-bound manner.
Mr.Ratnakar Gutte is passionate about the Energy sector. ”It not only makes good business sense but also provides gainful employment to the skilled workers and farmers of the economically impoverished Vidharba region”. With growing awareness of Climate change he has embarked upon a plan to set up an Integrated Green Energy project in Parbhani district.
Mr.Gutte is increasingly focused on business expansion, policy matters and human relations, while a professional team of functional managers oversees the business operations. Recently, he was honored with “Life Time Udyog Achievement Award 2004” and “Great Achiever in Industrial Excellence Award 2004” by EGSI and IOCI respectively. |

MRS. SUDHAMATI R GUTTE : DIRECTOR
Mrs. Sudhamati Ratnakar Gutte, aged 45 years, has more than 14 years of work experience overseeing the administration of Sunil Hitech. She is now assisting the Chairman in coordinating the farmer outreach programme for Gangakhed Sugar. She has set up offices for the procurement of Sugar Cane in the command area. Due to her immense social contacts and community service she enjoys excellent rapport with the villagers. She has been guiding the farming community to adopt scientific agricultural practices. More fertile land is being brought under sugarcane cultivation due to her motivational efforts. She is held in great respect by the industrialists , workers and farmers in the Vidharba region. Her association with Gangakhed will facilitate harmonious relations with all the stakeholders. |

MR. NAGNATH KARAD : DIRECTOR
Mr.Nagnath Karad, has more than 25 years of experience managing Sugar mills. He started his career with Ambejogai S S K at Parli ( in the vicinity of Gangakhed) and moved up the ladder to head the Sugarcane development and Logistics functions. Supply chain management is a complex and critical area of function in any sugar factory.
Mr.Karad has nurtured relationships with the farmers, transport operators and workers in the command area He has deep knowledge and experience of agriculture, particularly growing Sugarcane. His association with Gangakhed would be immensely beneficial in obtaining consistent quality and quantity of sugarcane, maximizing the sugar recovery, minimizing wastages and transport losses and maintaining harmonious relations with the farming community. |

MR. PRAKASH B RANBHOR : DIRECTOR
Mr.Prakash Ranbhor is an accomplished Mechanical Engineer with additional qualification in Business Management. He has vast experience in setting-up Thermal Power Plants up to 500 MW capacities, particularly for MSEB. Over the past 3 decades his experience spans Planning , Engineering , Co-ordination and Execution of Power plants , Ash handling systems, Fuel oil handling plants, etc He has managed turnkey EPC contracts. |

MR. ASHOK N MAHINDRAKAR : DIRECTOR
Mr.Ashok N. Mahindrakar qualified as an Engineer and later pursued a Masters in Business Administration. He has rich experience in design, engineering, planning and implementation of 210-660 M W thermal power plants. He is actively involved in the preparation of commercial / technical bids / tenders for various power projects. Over the past 3 decades he has experience in Project scheduling, computerized process management systems and execution of water treatment plants. |

MR. RADHESHYAM R TIWARI : DIRECTOR
Mr.Radheshyam Tiwari is a post-graduate in Commerce and a Master of Business Administration. He has 25 years experience in handling accounts and finance functions. He is currently overseeing the Gangakhed Project accounting. He has been associated with Sunil Hitech as Head of Finance and Accounts for well over 10 years. He is thoroughly conversant with MIS and direct and indirect tax compliances. |

MR. PRAVIN D ROKDE : DIRECTOR
Mr.Pravin Rokde is a post-graduate in Commerce and Financial Management. He has about 19 years of experience in Accounts and Administration. He is currently overseeing the Human Resources function at Sunil Hitech. He has additional responsibility of managing Inventory and Logistics. For the past 5 years he is holding a senior position in Sunil Hitech. |

MR. DAYARAM R JADHAV : A. G. M.
Mr. Dayaram R. Jadhav is qualified Electrical Engineer with additional proficiency in Boiler Engineering. He has also undergone Management Training for Managing Directors at the Vasant Dada Sugar Institute.
He served in the Managing Director Cadre of Govt of Maharashtra for 14 years. For a period of 7 years (1997-2004) he was designated Senior Managing Director.
During his service record of 34 years he held several important positions, including 4 years as the Chief Engineer of a Sugar factory. He was associated with some of the leading Co-operative Sugar factories, such as, Vasant (Yevatmal), Marathwada ( Hingoli) ,Purna (Basamatnagar (Hingoli) ,Wainganga (Bhandara) ,Pashupati (Pusad Yevatmal) ,Barashiv (Jawla Hingoli) ,Toikai (Hingoli) ,Purti (Bela Nagpur).
MR. NANDAKISHOR R SHARMA : CHIEF AGRICULTURAL OFFICER
Mr. Nandakishor R. Sharma is a qualified Agriculture Scientist. He has over 3 decades of experience in Cane development, procurement, harvesting and transportation. He brings to Gangakhed rich experience in dealing with farmers and implementing best agricultural practices. He has extensive knowledge - from testing soil conditions and cane sowing to sugarcane crushing. He served as Chief Agriculture Officer in leading Co-operative Sugar factories, such as, Vasant (Pusad), Jaikisan (Bodegaon), Sudhakarrao Naik ( Pusad),SMS Bapuraoji Deshmukh (Hinganghat Wardha) Vaishnavi Sugar( Sendurjana Buldhana) and Samartha ( Ankushnagar Jalna) prior to joining Gangakhed Sugar 3 years ago.
MR. KALPESH AGRAWAL : D. G. M. Accounts
Mr. Kalpesh Agrawal is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 5 years experience in handling finance and accounts. He has been associated with Gangakhed since inception. Besides ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial data, he oversees the submission of information to Management, banks, statutory authorities and vendors. His primary role is ensuring suppliers to the project are paid on time and there is no cause for delay or project overrun. He liaises with Banks, Direct and Indirect Tax authorities and Statutory Auditors. |
