Project Execution Methodology |

| The project would be implemented on Package basis for Sugar, Co-Gen & Ethanol using the Best Available System and Technology (BAST) with an objective to optimise cost & energy conservation. This method of Project execution helps in reducing the project cost and would provide fixed price & time frame for implementation. The scope of Technical Consultant covers preparation of DPR, Package Contract specifications, bid evaluation, vetting of basic design and engineering submitted by selected package contractors, Project Management and coordination with the package contractors. The ICPP would be the first of its kind in Indian Sugar Industry with the following select unique features.
